2024 Scholarship Giving Campaign
AAMU is still Our HBCU, Our Responsibility
The momentum of Our HBCU, Our Responsibility Campaign has been fueled by nearly 275 donors who gave over $200,000 in donations and commitments since 2021.
Thus far, the campaign has:
- Awarded over $150,000 in scholarships to 90 incoming and current AAMU students
- Donated $20,000 to the Marching Maroon & White Band for the 2023 Macy’s Day Parade
- Assisted the University in student recruitment, retention, and overall support.
I pray that we can count on your support again with a gift to the 2024 Our HBCU, Our Responsibility Campaign, ensuring that education remains affordable for talented young men and women. With your support, you can help others enjoy the opportunities you have received at Alabama A&M University.
The goal is to raise $100,000. All proceeds from this campaign will be used to fund student scholarships, student retention and to support priority University initiatives. We are asking all alumni to make a tax-deductible donation of $250; however, all donations are appreciated. Donors like you, who give to the Alumni Association, demonstrate your care for the students and for Alabama A&M University. Your generous gift helps us meet the most pressing needs and amplify the work we do the fulfill our Mission.
